3rd Edition of Diabetes and Endocrinology World Conference 2027

Scientific Sessions - DEWC 2027

Endocrine Regulation of Water and Electrolyte Balance

Balancing water and electrolyte concentrations is crucial for physiological activity, and hormones of the endocrine system participate in this process.

This session will examine the mechanisms used by hormones for maintaining fluid balance, sodium balance, potassium balance, and reaction to changes in hydration of the body. Topics that will be discussed can include the physiology of vasopressin, diseases of water balance, inappropriate antidiuresis, aldosterone signaling, sodium diseases, potassium disturbances, endocrine diseases of electrolyte balance, and biochemical diagnosis. The difficulties of diagnosis and interpretation of results obtained from studies of endocrinology and laboratories will be considered by researchers and clinicians.

The Diabetes and Endocrinology World Conference will gather endocrinologists, nephrologists, physiologists, laboratory scientists, and clinicians. The conference will be devoted to the improvement of diagnostics, elucidation of hormonal mechanisms, proper monitoring, and treatment of fluid and electrolyte endocrine disorders.
